glyXtoolMS provides a) scripts for glycopeptide analysis within the OpenMS proteomics framework (using the TOPPAS pipeline engine) and a visulization / evaluation tool for further manual analysis of the results. Source code available under https://github.com/glyXera/glyXtoolMS
