An example echo command

An example external command that can interface with the gocd-cli.
Usage
Install the command from PyPi and then call it:
$ pip install gocd-cli.commands.echo
$ gocd echo echo "Well HELLO there"
Well HELLO thereRelease history Release notifications | RSS feed
