## Description
Installs the ‘mkproj’ CLI command:
usage: mkproj [-h] [-v] -n NAME [-d DESCRIPTION] [-p PACKAGE]
Vanilla project skeleton generator.

set logging level to debug (default: info)
- -n NAME
project name
