Command line interface for hemlock projects

Hemlock-CLI is the command line tool for hemlock.
Installation
$ pip install hemlock-cli
Quickstart
Initialize a hemlock project with:
$ hlk init <my-project-name>
Run the hello world app locally:
$ hlk serve
And navigate to http://localhost:5000/ in your browser.

License
Users must cite this package in any publications which use it.
