HP3478A is an HP-Agilent multimeter 5.5 digit with GPIB. This module can be used with the 82357A USB-GPIB which runs only on windows (XP pro,W2K,Me,W98).
Connect 82357A on USB port
Install agilent driver (see CDROM IO libraries for instrument control Revision: L.02.00)
Install 82357A python package.
Install this python package HP3478A.
