HumanGEMlib is a Python library to perform genome-scale analysis on HumanGEM. Tested in Jupyter Notebook.
PyPI package contains HumanGEM XML file but GitHub repository does not. It can be downloaded here.
See usage.ipynb on GitHub for an example on diabetic metabolic dysregulation due to genetic knockouts.
pip install humangemlib
Dependencies:

- pyensembl==2.3.13
