GLIBC CUDA Python Tensorflow Command
>= 2.4 - 3.6 >=1.15, < 2.0 pip install hybridbackend-cpu
>= 2.4 - 3.6 >=1.14, < 1.15 pip install hybridbackend-cpu-legacy
