- Indigestion employs SQLite to provide offline processing of structured
data, and generation of graphical reports.
You can use it for:
Data quality measurement
Business rule checking
Data cleaning
Data migration
Indigestion is primarily developed for use with Openstack deployments, but the command-line tools are designed to allow easy customisation.
With moderate effort, you should be able to generate a data survey against your own application.
Indigestion has a well-tested string validation module. An online application can use it to filter user input. An example is included in the source distribution.
