将视频转换为png图片

usage: vedio_to_img.py [-h] [-f FPS] vedio_path image_path

positional arguments:
  vedio_path         视频路径
  image_path         输出图片的目录

optional arguments:
  -h, --help         show this help message and exit
  -f FPS, --fps FPS  每多少帧输出一次

将图片转换为mp4(h.264)视频

usage: img_to_vedio.py [-h] [-f FPS] img_path vedio_path
positional arguments:
  img_path           图片目录
  vedio_path         生成除来的视频目录

optional arguments:
  -h, --help         show this help message and exit
  -f FPS, --fps FPS  保存成视频的帧率
