libcgroup - low level Python binding for libcgroup

libcgroup is a library that abstracts the control group file system in Linux.
Matches one-to-one with libcgroup's API and provides type info via stub.

Install shared library

Debian (e.g. Ubuntu)

apt install libcgroup1

Red Hat

yum install libcgroup

Arch Linux (AUR)

<AUR Helper> -S libcgroup
