Support for Streaming Speech-to-Text from AssemblyAI.

Installation
pip install livekit-plugins-assemblyai
Pre-requisites
You'll need to specify an AssemblyAI API Key. It can be set as environment variable: ASSEMBLYAI_API_KEY.
