Multi-Chain MCMC sampler
- Sampler which runs several chains in parallel to check the overall convergence
- Sampler which uses parallel tempering
The sampler combined slice-sampling Metropolis-Hastings step and delayed rejection Metropolis_Hastings step (under developemnt)
Installation
pip install .
