Cron Manual Schedule
A scheduled action’s frequency (interval, unit) and next execution date can be updated by a module upgrade, overwriting any manual change an administrator made from the UI.
This module lets a cron be safely left out of noupdate="1": as soon as a user edits its interval, interval unit or next execution date from the form view, a “Manually locked” flag is set automatically and module updates stop touching those three fields from then on (its active/archived state is always protected the same way, from creation onward). A stale next execution date is also advanced to the next compatible occurrence automatically, instead of triggering an immediate run.
