mcp-preflight has moved

mcp-preflight is now MCP Surfaceprint.

Install the renamed package directly:

pip install mcp-surfaceprint

Use the new command:

mcp-surfaceprint --help

This final compatibility release installs MCP Surfaceprint and temporarily keeps the old mcp-preflight command working.
