剪映草稿文件生成和处理工具，用于自动化剪映视频制作流程。
主要功能
- 创建剪映草稿
- 添加/编辑视频、音频、文本轨道和片段
- 支持转场、特效、滤镜等高级特性
- 导出符合剪映格式的草稿文件
