MoaT-DB

This module handles storing stuff in a database. It depends on sqlalchemy and is not yet asynchronous.
The database URL is configured as moat.db.url. Besides a literal
SQLAlchemy URL it may be a !P MoaT-Link path: the node it names in the
link data tree then holds the actual URL string, so a central
installation can retarget every host's database by changing a single
link value. The URL is resolved once per process, before the database
is first opened; a missing or non-string node is an error.
