Interactively plot the image intensity profile along the depth axis of a 3D image dataset.
Project description
napari-z-plotter
In 2D view, click on an pixel to plot the intensity along the depth (Z) axis of a 3D image at that location.
Installation
You can install napari-z-plotter via pip:
pip install napari-z-plotter
Usage
Select the plugin from the Plugins menu of Napari.
