A simple utility to interactively plot intensity profiles along the third axis (channel, or Z) of a 3D image while in 2D view.
Project description
Interactive orthogonal profile plots in Napari
In 2D view, hover over a location in the image to plot the intensity profile along the orthogonal (Z, or channel) axis at that location.
This project is part of an ongoing collaboration between the EPFL Center for Imaging and the Bionanophotonic Systems Laboratory.

Installation
You can install napari-z-plotter via [pip]:
pip install napari-z-plotter
Usage
Select the plugin from the Plugins menu of Napari.
