Installing
via pip: pip install nionswift-segmentation
Usage
After this package is installed successfully, a new menu item “Segmentation” will be added into the GUI of nionswift. Currently there is only one option “Real-space segmentation” in this menu. Click it to perform a segmentation for the image.
