Plugin for the nose testing framework to list tests without running them.

Use nosetests --list-test-names to get a listing.

nosetests --list-long-test-names gives a listing with long names that can be used as arguments to nosetests.

This is the first release, and is probably buggy (I believe it will give the correct test listing, but there are likely to be secondary issues like e.g. unecessary fixture execution, lack of robustness, etc.). See also:
