This package contains some Python tools for use with the NEURON simulator (http://www.neuron.yale.edu/).
Installation
$ tar xzf nrnutils-0.2.0 $ cd nrnutils-0.2.0 $ python setup.py install

This package is licenced under the CeCILL licence, which behaves like and is compatible with the GPL, but is based on French law. For full details, see COPYING. I am happy to consider using other licences if people ask me.
