A python package and command-line tools to A command-line data-reduction pipeline for the NTT EFOSC and SOFI instruments.
The easiest way to install nttpipeline is to use pip:
bash pip install nttpipeline
Or you can clone this repo and install from a local version of the code:
bash git clone firstname.lastname@example.org:thespacedoctor/nttpipeline.git cd nttpipeline python setup.py install
If you want to tinker with the code, then install in development mode. This means you can modify the code from your cloned repo:
bash git clone email@example.com:thespacedoctor/nttpipeline.git cd nttpipeline python setup.py develop
