Configuration

No specific configuration is required for this module. Once installed, it integrates seamlessly with the existing HR system.

Usage

The HR Assistance module provides functionalities to manage employee attendance records and track their current attendance place. It extends the hr.employee model and includes the following features:

• Current Attendance Place: Tracks the current attendance place of the employee.

• Attendance State: Computes and updates the attendance state (checked in or checked out) based on the last attendance record.

• Manual Attendance Management: Allows manual attendance actions, optionally using a PIN for verification.

• Attendance Actions: Handles the check-in/check-out process, creating or updating attendance records and returning an action message.

• Check In/Check Out: Creates a new attendance record for check-in and updates the check-out field for check-out.
