Add User to Group Show Full Accounting Features

1. Navigate to Group

• Open developer mode.

• Go to Settings > Users & Companies > Groups.

1. Add User

• Search for Show Full Accounting Features.

• Edit the group and add the user to the Accounting group.

• Reload the page.

Configuration Default Account and Tax Authority

1. Navigate to Tax Filing Configuration

   • Go to Settings > Invoicing > Thai Localization > Tax Filing.

2. Set Up Tax Filing Accounts

   • Configure the Default Sales Tax Account.

   • Configure the Default Purchase Tax Account.

   • (Optional) Configure the Adjust Tax Account, if applicable.

3. Assign the Tax Authority

   • Select the appropriate Tax Authority for tax filings.

Usage

Account Tax Filing

Navigate to Tax Filing Menu #. Go to Invoicing > Accounting > Action > Tax Filing

Step to Use Account Tax Filing #. Set date range or date from and date to. #. Compute to find tax in the selected date range. #. Click Submit to confirm data. #. Click Create Invoice. Tax filing will automatically create an invoice, vendor bill, or journal entry based on the total tax amount.
