MIS Builder Cash Flow
This module allows you to have a cash flow forecast. The forecast is based on two types of date:
Accounting entries: uses the Due Date field instead of the accounting Date.
Forecast lines: manual lines created that forecast in/out cash flow moves.
It also adds:
Cash flow plans: a recurring template that generates a whole series of forecast lines with a single click.
A per-company, configurable limit on the number of forecast lines a single plan can generate at once, to avoid runaway series over very long date ranges.

Usage
To use this module, you need to:
Go to Accounting > Reports > MIS Reporting > MIS Reports and choose “Cash Flow” report
You can add forecast lines on Accounting > Reports > MIS Reporting > Cash Flow Forecast Line
If you select on “Target Moves” the value “All Posted Entries”, you will get only lines for already posted invoices/entries + the forecast lines.
Selecting “All Entries”, draft invoices/entries are also included.
In any case, cancelled invoices/entries are not included.
To create a recurring cash flow plan, you need to:
Go to Accounting > Reporting > MIS Reporting > Forecast Planner.
Create a new plan and set the periodicity (every X days, weekly or monthly).
Click on Generate Forecast Lines. The plan creates one cash flow forecast line per period between the start and end dates.
Use the Forecast Lines smart button on the plan to see the generated lines.
To limit how many lines a single plan can generate at once, you need to:
Go to Accounting > Configuration > Settings, section Cash Flow Plan.
Set the Max Forecast Lines value.
If generating a plan would exceed this limit, only the first lines up to the limit are created and a warning is shown.
