Adds field 'Certificate of Conduct'

This module adds the field Certificate of Conduct to partners. Refer to https://www.justis.nl/producten/vog/certificate-of-conduct/ for what a Certificate of Conduct is.

Usage

To use this module, you need to:

1. Go to the partner form;

2. make sure the partner is not a company.

3. Go to ID numbers tab and create a new record with Certificate of Conduct as category, and an ID number.

4. Save the record and form, and observe that there is a new field called Certificate of Conduct with your ID number.

5. OR

6. Assign a value to the new field directly, and observe ID numbers right after saving the form
