Create links between Field Service, Agreements, and Helpdesk

This module links Field Service, Agreements and Help Desk together by:

• setting the agreement fields when creating Field Service orders from a ticket.

Usage

• Go to Helpdesk

• Create or select a ticket

• Create an FSM Order

To close a ticket, all the related service orders must be closed.
