This module add the Thailand standard withholding tax cert report to the WT Certificates menu.

Installation
To install this module, you need to:
install Italian Withholding Tax <https://github.com/OCA/l10n-italy>
install l10n_th_withholding_tax_cert.
Configuration
To configure this module, you need to:
Module num2words version >= 0.5.7
Usage
From WT Certificates menu ,
User can also print out Withholding Tax Cert. as PDF
All Withholding Tax Certs will be accessible from menu Invoicing > Withholding Tax > WT Certificates
