Purchase Work Acceptance - Late Delivery Fines

This module extends Purchase Work Acceptance by adding the ability to calculate late delivery fines to vendor.

Configuration

** Show Fines Tab on Work Acceptance **

1. Go to Purchase > Configuration > Settings

2. Check ‘Enable Late Delivery Fines on Work Acceptance’

Note:

• You can add the default rate after checked ‘Enable Late Delivery Fines on Work Acceptance’

• You can add the account after checked ‘Enable Late Delivery Fines on Work Acceptance’

Usage

Usual process of Purchasing with Work Acceptance

1. Create a new Purchase Order > Work Acceptance

2. Select Due Date on Work Acceptance

3. It will compute late days and fines amount

4. Accept the Work Acceptance

5. Normally process

Create Fines from Work Acceptance

1. Go to Purchase > Orders > Work Acceptance

2. (List View) Select all you have to create fines invoice > Action > Create Fines Invoice

3. (Form View) Select work acceptance > click button Create Fines Invoice

Create Fines from Invoice

1. Go to Invoicing > Customers > Invoices > Create

2. Select Late WA (wa is delivery late)

3. It will auto generate lines
