Make account types multi-company aware

This module was written to extend the functionality of account types and make them multi company aware.

It also adds an active flag on account types.

Usage

To use this module, you need to:

• go to Accounting > Configuration > Accounts > Account Types to see the company_id and active flags in the form view.

• the usual multi company record rule is installed automatically.
