Support for PT municipalities through Eurostat LAUs.

Adds data for: * LAU2: Distrito / Concelho

Installation

Make sure that the base_location_lau from the OCA/partner-contact project. See: https://github.com/OCA/partner-contact

Configuration

The setup tables are available under the menu: Sales > Configuration > Address Book

Usage

Only the Administrator user has access to the LAU setup table.
