Template Python Tool
指定合成区间（秒，出点不包含在输出中）：
template project.zip -output part.mp4 -inPoint 10 -outPoint 25
template -input task.json -inPoint 10 -outPoint 25
两个参数都可省略；默认使用 .sky 工程 timeline.inPoint 和 timeline.outPoint，工程未设置时导出整段。传入的参数分别覆盖工程中的对应值。Python 调用 templateToVideo(...) 或 executeTemplate(...) 时可传 in_point、out_point。图片快照不使用出入点。需要安装包含工程出入点支持的新版本 SkyMedia 和 TemplateProcess。
