Maps output of pdfinfo to a dataclass.
Usage
from pathlib import Path
from pdf_information import PDFInfo
pdf_file = Path("pdf_files/some_file.pdf")
pdf_info = PDFInfo.from_cmd(pdf_file=pdf_file)
