Python scripts for daily use in protein engineering research.
setup
activate environment (e.g. Anaconda)
$ conda create -n petit
$ conda activate petit
$ conda install pip
install via PyPI
$ pip install petit
test
$ python
>>> from petit import util
>>> util.check_install()
petit was successfully installed.
>>> quit()
$
