pin-venv

pin-pip adds some basic VirtualEnv functionality to pin.
### Hooks
* **pin init** :
* *--venv* - Will install a fresh VirtualEnv under .pin/env/
* *--autoenv* - Same as --venv but will install auto de/activation for capn. Depends on [capn](https://github.com/dustinlacewell/capn).
