Ceci est le contenu du fichier README.TXT. Il s’agit d’un fichier texte ou RST contenant la description longue du paquet. Déporté cette description dans un fichier externe à setup.py permet d’améliorer la lisibilité du code de setup.py. Ce fichier contient normalement au minimum le nom du paquet, son but, la licence et un hyperlien si possible. Il peut etre utile d’ajouter en sus un exemple.
