Parallel-tempered emcee.
Project description
- ptemcee /’tɛmsiː/ (noun):
Adaptive parallel tempering meets emcee.
ptemcee, pronounced “tem-cee”, is fork of Daniel Foreman-Mackey’s wonderful emcee to implement parallel tempering more robustly.
If you’re trying to characterise awkward, multi-model probability distributions, then ptemcee is your friend.
