py2-rotor
This packages the Python 2.3 rotor module so that it can be installed from
PyPI. Very few people will need it.
Install the py2-rotor distribution:
pip install py2-rotor
The installed extension keeps its original import name:
import rotor
This module targets Python 2 and does not support Python 3.
Releasing
Update the version in setup.py, then push its matching tag (for example,
version 1.0.1 uses tag v1.0.1). GitHub Actions builds the source
distribution, installs and imports it with Python 2.7, and publishes that exact
artifact to PyPI with Trusted Publishing.
