pymirc
pymirc is a collection of common python imaging routines developed and used in the medical imaging research center of KU Leuven.

Installation
pymirc can be installed from pypi using pip, or from conda-forge via
pip install pymirc
or
conda install -c conda-forge pymirc
Getting started
The examples subdirectory contains minimal examples on how to use the most important functions.
