The package requires the following to run:
- Pandas~=1.4.2
- NumPy~=1.22.3
- SciPy~=1.7.3
- Scikit-learn~=1.1.1
- PyYAML >= 6.0
- Ftfy >= 6.1.1
- Fuzzywuzzy >= 0.18.0
- Jaro-Winkler >= 2.0.0
All packages are listed in requirements.txt.
Installation
pip install related_ontologies
