Compute the Relative Neighborhood Graph from a NumPy distance matrix.
Instructions
- Install:
pip install relativeNeighborhoodGraph
- Compute the Relative Neighborhood Graph from a NumPy distance matrix.
from relativeNeighborhoodGraph import returnRNG
RNG = returnRNG(distance_matrix)
- The resulting Relative Neighborhood Graph is returned as a Pandas DataFrame.
