Plugin to use continuousflex protocols within the Scipion framework
Project description
This plugin provides HEMNMA and StructMap protocols and is frequently updated.
Installation
You will need to use 2.0 version of Scipion to be able to run these protocols. To install the plugin, you have two options:
Stable version
scipion installp -p scipion-em-continuousflex
Developer’s version
download repository
git clone https://github.com/scipion-em/scipion-em-continuousflex.git
install
scipion installp -p path_to_scipion-em-continuousflex --devel
continuousflex sources will be downloaded automatically with the plugin, but you can also link an existing installation.
Note: Xmipp plugin should be installed to run continuousflex.
Supported versions
0.6
Protocols
HEMNMA: Hybrid Electron-Microscopy Normal-Mode-Analysis
StructMap: Structural Mapping
