System for Coordinating Observational Planning and Efficient Scheduling

SCOPES is an automated scheduler for astronomical observations.

Installation

From the terminal, go the the folder where the repository was downloaded. Then run the following command to install the package:

pip install .

Then from within Python, the package is imported as

import scopes
