Serve output of commands to a web-socketed web interface via tornado

Wrap a command with a tornado server that serves the output of the command to a built-in web interface via websockets.

Check out the github page for more detailed usage info.

Only tested in python3.4 - if you’d like to submit patches for other versions, please submit a pull request through github.
