Installing for local dev
Make sure elasticsearch is running, then:
$ git clone https://github.com/universalcore/springboard-iogt.git $ cd springboard-iogt $ virtualenv ve $ source ve/bin/activate (ve)$ pip install -e . (ve)$ springboard bootstrap -v (ve)$ pserve development.ini --reload
