Note that SuperDuperDB is now called Superduper and is installed
from pip with:
pip install superduper-framework
The same features and much more will be available in superduper.
This reflects the feedback we have received from the community, that
superduperdb is not a database, but tooling for databases.
We will no longer maintain the namespace superduperdb on GitHub or on pip.
