TelarBench
Name reservation. This package holds the name for TelarBench — a vendor-neutral, high-performance waveform & measurement workbench (the IDE/DAW for signals): neutral capture loading, a deterministic measurement engine, and sim-vs-measured comparison as a CI primitive.
This is not yet a usable release; install and runtime use are not supported at version 0.0.1. Real releases will appear here.
