Provides lots of useful twanager utils for managing your TiddlyWeb

Adds various twanager utils which allow you to: * lowercase all tags in a given bag * uppercase all tags in a given bag * remove whitespace from any tags in a given bag * set a given field across all tiddlers in a bag * remove a given field across all tiddlers in a bag * map tags to another tag eg. Cat -> cat <- kitty * rename a field in a given bag * remove fields with a given value This package is licensed under the same terms as TiddlyWeb itself.
