tirramind

A survivorship-bias-free ledger of every US listed security, with the cause of every delisting and the SEC filing that proves it — plus a Form 144 → Form 4 insider ledger nobody else publishes.

Reconciled daily from SEC public filings only. Every row links to its source. Where the cause cannot be determined, the row says UNKNOWN rather than guessing.

Code Apache-2.0. Data CC-BY-4.0, derived from SEC public filings.
