一个简单的命令行 TODO 列表管理器，帮助你跟踪和管理日常任务。
安装
pip install todo-cli-你的用户名
使用方法 添加待办事项：
todo add "学习Python"
查看所有待办事项：
todo list
标记待办事项为已完成（将 1 替换为实际的事项 ID）：
todo done 1
删除待办事项：
todo delete 1
清空所有待办事项：
todo clear
