TrendVis (a.k.a. trendvis): Complex plotting in matplotlib.
This package is designed to programmatically create complex, publication- quality figures using matplotlib. TrendVis’ speciality is creating multiple vertically or horizontally offset plots with a common x or y axis, respectively, in what is visually one compact plotting area, facilitating comparisons among various datasets.
